What Shipping Methods Are Available?

The e-packet shipping method is the only available option for all orders made on the site, and we currently ship to the US and UK.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Definitely, but it’s dependent on the volume of product purchased. US and UK are primarily the major countries we ship to irrespective of order volume purchased.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be processed. Upon shipping, you will be notified by email with a tracking number. And within 1 to 6 weeks after processing and shipping, your order is bound to have been delivered.

Do I need an account to place an order?

It is not necessary to sign up for an account, however, doing so keeps you updated with your order history and tracking information, as well as our newsletter and special promotions when they become available. We often have promotions that are specifically for followers and registered members.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a notification, which can take up to 72 hours. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped, which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.
